Shoot straight review While it isa bummer that there is no A/C, it's nice to go somewhere that doesn't look down their nose at you, has a happy staff and friendly environment. I won't name any names, but some of the other establishments in town had really unwelcoming environments and elitist attitudes. While Shoot Straight isn't perfect (no A/C on the range does get hot) at least I know what I'm walking into. Happy Customer I have not used the range, Can not rate it. BUT on two visits. I bought a used rifel each time, I and all that has seen them thinks I got the deal of a life time.. I shall Return.

Take the Heat We all live in Florida and it is hot here. Air conditioning is nice but just not found out doors.I want the real deal . Some people buy a 4x4 and it is an asphalt cruser, what happens when the owner needs to get wet or muddy........Me my self and I like cold air but can deal with the hot also...deal with it please .

NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! I wont go back. I have shot at other Shoot Straight locations and they had air conditioning. I was happy to see them open up in Fort Myers until I went to use the range. It had to be at least 100 degrees in there. I will now be returning to Fowler Firearms to do all my shooting along with many of my shooting buddies that dont like shooting in a FURNACE. Too bad,it could have been a nice place to shoot.

Nice Selection I went into the store a few days ago and loved it. The store is nicely designed and had a great selection on firearms. The staff was also friendly and helpful. When I walked into the store, a young lady employee happily greeted me and made me feel welcome upon arrival. There also was an older gentleman who helped me pick a firearm that best suited me. Again! The Place Does NOT have Air Conditioning in the range I must correct the poster below. The range is NOT air conditoned. Yes it has a filtering system that blows the outside air in to the range. So lets try to understand this...If its 95 degees outside then it is blowing 95 degrees air in to the range thus making the range an uncomfortable 95 degrees. Simple math here. Of course it is AC'ed If your looking for interseting and/or hard to obtain firearms, this is a great place. They also have a tremendous inventory of both handguns, rifles, black guns and ammo. The staff is friendly and knowledgable too. The range is clean with state of the art air filtering, and it is indeed air conditioned. Fowler doesn't begin to compare. Before you buy check out both places and make your own call.
