When we noticed Shoney's had reopened, I decided to make it a point that my family would go. Great food, with great service. The place looks awesome. The bar rocks. Drinks are great. Then, I saw an article about who owns it. A friend at work said I should go behind the bar next time I'm there. Damn. Never knew it was back there. There is only ONE Shoney's. Acworth Shoney's. One suggestion. You should have a local favorite on the menu of Papa Pump Pancakes. A+ place.

Just NASTY Horrible experience. Dont do it. Not worth it
Service was slow food on the bar was not good at . We had to keep asking if food was going to be refilled. At one point was asking one lady if they were putting anymore mashed potatoes out and she just kept looking at me. Finally brought more lettuce out was brown and gross. And I can understand of the place was packed ,but there was only around 5 tables seated when we were seated . Very disappointed since we have heard how great the food and service was,but will not be back to try a second time .
Great food and service. This was my first time there both owners came by and introduce themselves. I would definitely come back. Come check it out!! Not only did they have great food, plus they have a full bar.
My family all met there. We had 14 people including 2 infants. We were accommodated immediately and our server, She She, was the absolute best . We will be going back very soon. The buffet was fresh and yummy.
