Breakfast buffet is great ... But the lunch and dinner buffet is horrible, dried up veggies, rubber band chicken.....
We stopped in Shoneys for mostly the strawberry pie. Once there we decided on the bar as well. Basically I spent 19 dollars for 2 salads. The chicken had been sitting a long time, extremely dry. The macaroni and cheese looked like soup and the creamed corn had a film over it. I did get my pie to go. That was the biggest joke of all. It was runny and small. My family and I did the buffet and it was great, favorite items were the cheese potatoes, shrimp bites and mac& cheese.....great friendly service with a smile and I can't wait til they bring one back to Alabama.....
Had a nice visit with friends and staff respected us.
We had a similar experience as Waggoner; went early Saturday evening. Long wait for food. Waitress failed to bring part of order; took as long for the missed sandwich as the rest of the meal; everyone had finished before last person was served. Extremely pricey; could have had a steak dinner at Longhorn for same amount and better service.
What i think ? I think its awesome that scott steiner owns it
