Great professional, my experience has been amazing with Shona.
My concerns for my daughter seemed to be brushed off. She did labs and we were able to rule out thyroid issues, so the two hour drive we made wasn't a complete waste of time. Her bedside manner was just a little demeaning to me as a worried parent who has already been to three specialists now and can't find answers to my kid's medical issues and had to battle insurance just to find an approved provider for this appointment.
