Very helpful staff. Best to go early in the morning on a weekday so it's not so busy.
I would like to say that the service of the assistant manager on site today, an elderly lady, is really terrible. I went to the shop this morning to buy shoes for my daughter. And the other lady who helps with fitting is very nice. After done all the fitting, I went to the cashier to swap shoes as I bought one earlier this morning and would like change the other one. We visited this store over the weekend all I can say is I would never go back. We were ignored was spoken to very rudely throughout our whole experience in this store by an older lady. I was looking for pair of sneakers for my 3 year old for kindy. We found a pair she loved the lady refused to go find the shoe out back in my daughter size. Spoke in very rude way to myself and my daughter. I found that very disrespectful. We ended up going to another store found a pair. We will not be returning.
Good shoes. However, there's an extremely long wait just to try on shoes. If the data shows there's increased numbers at a particular time of year, they should have more staff on. It's not a surprise.
