Went there recently to buy school shoes and was served by Marny. She was so patient and helpful even though it was a bit busy at the time. She took great care to help us decide on the best shoes for our little one. Very happy with the service we received.
We visited the shop today to buy school shoes for my son and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who assisted us, named Gail, was extremely unfriendly. When my son asked to try one size up, she responded rudely and handled the shoes roughly, taking them off abruptly and throwing them back into the box. The staffs assistant was so horrible, not friendly at all. I rather go to Indroopilly and Carindale instead of coming back to Garden City store again.
