No longer at garden city
Firstly, was the Retail Assistant measured my 7 year old for shoes, another Mum/shopper said to the retail assistant, “I’d like to buy these” and interrupted. The retail assistant said she’d be just a moment and continued to measure my son. Eventually another staff member came over to help the bossy Mum but I was very impressed by the way we were prioritised and bossy customers weren’t curtailed to. Exceptional service by a lovely lady.
