Food was great server took forever to bring my drink which was disappointing great atmosphere to watch sporting event
Service was very slow but they were very busy...Game 4 of a Cubs World Series. Food/drinks were good and reasonably priced.
Considering the time of day we want and seeing most the tables empty I would have expected more prompt service. After eating we waited 15 minutes to get our check, our server never returned to the table to see how our food was or refill our drinks.
Service was horrible!!!! Group of 5 of us and we're waiting 20 mins for drinks! Took our food order and forgot one of our buddies orders completely so he got to sit and watch us all eat. Another buddy ordered everyone a round and she didn't even bring him one lol. On top of all that she asked if it was all one check at the end of the night we said no and she walked off and said "motherfucker"... lol will never go back when I'm in town!
We were there last night and had a great time!! Great beers, great food! Yummy mac and cheese bites, chili and burgers!! And outstanding service thanks to your server Ashley!! She was quite busy, yet still gave excellent service!! If we make it back to Chicago again we will definitely be back.
Our first visit was this past Saturday to watch the Cubs clinch the pennant. I gave it 3 stars because we got there at 5:50 pm and they were already out of avocados, which was featured on alot of their items. They also ran out of a popular beer by 8 p.m. They should have been able to have a fully stocked kitchen and beer selection especially knowing this was game 6. Good beer selection and there will never be a shortage of television sets to watch.
It's a pretty nice layout for watching sports but a little difficult to get them to switch to the playoff game. Fantastic draft beer selection. A like to hear sound on s Cub playoff game which yesterday was better, Friday not so much. Servers are super nice & friendly but service is very slow. So here's my complaint .... Ordered a couple pizzas and they said they were out of pizzas except gluten free 12". So does that mean they are serving frozen or pre made pizzas? Saturday night you should have menu items IMO
