I just bought a pair of Keen boots for walking. I was helped by Kyle. He did an excellent job helping me because I had to fit orthotics in them. He was pretty knowledgeable and I’ll be returning in the spring for another pair! Thanks again! Keith.

Bought a pair of winter boots at Shoe Solutions to have a lift put on one boot. They promised to have them ready in no more than 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I called and was told that it would be at least another 2 weeks. The following day the owner called me and apologize and promised to do my lift himself today.

Was there today for my first time, and she was so helpful, kind, listened to what I needed, and you can tell that they really care about people. She definitely made my whole week so much better. The quality and style of shoes are top notch. I will never go anywhere else for footwear, for these people are the best!
