I stayed in Shodair's psychiatric unit for about nine days when I was thirteen. My nephew has been sent here twice now. He has mental issues and has tried to commit suicide on 4 different occasions. The first time he was sent here, he seemed to be doing well; other than they do try and just overmedicate the kids. He was there for just a little over a month with no diagnosis and they discharged him because they couldn't deal with him...... A teenager who is in desperate need of help.
