I have read I have read the posts and have a different opinion. I had them install an auto start and audio/video system in my mini van. They were very respectful and professional. My son did something that shorted out the video and they fixed it for free even though it wasn't their fault. I offered to pay for their time and they refused any payment. Everyone is entitled to an opinion but they deserve credit. I am happy with the service and i'm a firm believer in reaping what you sow.
Thumping it! I drove home grinning from ear to ear as I listened to every favorite song on my Ipod! Every high note was crystal clear and crisp, every thump of the bass turned heads in cars next to me, and the piece of mind that all my new Alpine gear and wiring was installed by a company who takes pride in what they are doing made this the very best choice I made this year! They now have a customer for life in me!! Yeah man, Shockwave Customs make it THUMP

Service is Fast! When you first walk in you don' t know where to begin with all the choices. Prices are very fair, service is fast! They have taken care of me multiple times.
Extremely Impressed Shockwave always has great customer service. They get things done in a timely manner, yet very thorough. I have gotten my wheels, full system with tv's, and my interior done here. I was extremely impressed and this is now the only place I will bring any of my cars for custom work.
Great shop! Great shop - saved me $3,500.00 on my 28" custom 3-piece asault wheels. Also did a great job on the sound system for me. Great service, best place in Chicago!
