Great apartment, poor management Shockoe Valley View - the living is great, but there's been 5 different property managers since I have lived here (1 year). Community is great, very friendly, gym is terrible, clubhouse and pool is nice. The view is GREAT, rent is reasonable.
Good Overall Rating With Minor Flaws Ive been a resident here at shockoe valley view since the beginning of the summer. My fiancee and I are actually pretty pleased with the unit. Its just us so our 600 sq ft unit is not too small. It comes with all of our appliances also and everything is updated with granite counter tops as well! Its a nice luxury community in the heart of downtown Richmond! Our only complaint is sometimes the washer doesn't run when you start it, but its a simple fix, like starting the cycle over again.
