I made an appointment with Dr. Arus Zograbyan because I have a serious gynecological issue and needed a referral for surgery. When I arrived at the clinic, I was told that Dr. Zograbyan was busy and that Dr. Shobhana Gandhi would see me instead. I agreed, assuming she would review my condition and help arrange the referral. However, during the visit Dr. Gandhi only performed a routine annual exam, which was not the reason for my visit. (If needed, I am ready to join a collective complaint.) DO NOT GO THERE!!! I was subjected to an unnecessary STI test. It was painful. I was bleeding afterward. I did not come for this. I have had one sexual partner for many years. And had normal testing. My reason was an ovarian cysts. Once, a cyst ruptured and caused severe internal bleeding. multiple edits added. this place is absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! the wait times of HOURS along with the same constant excuse of the dr having been in “surgery” are absolutely unacceptable!!! stop scheduling patients to WASTE THEIR TIME. say you cannot accept any other patients, be real about your scheduling!!! this is HORRENDOUS way to do business absolutely ridiculous clown behavior edit: today i literally called them to find out what to do if your mucus plug comes out before 20 weeks- they left me on hold ... read more

I'm supposed to be a new patient at this clinic. I've been on hold over 40 mins. During that time they have hung up on me 3 times and I've had to call back. How am I supposed to schedule an appointment if I am always on hold.i am on hold as we speak. I would looking for a new obgyn. This is not ok. My 1st impression and its already horrible.
