In the past, I would have given Dr. Jagadeesh a good review, but her bedside manner has gone downhill. At my last visit, she spoke to me in a very condescending manner which no doctor should do to a patient. I will be finding a new primary care physician.
Dr. Schwartz is possibly the best Gastroenterologist I have ever had, which is a shame because his staff is utterly incompetent; At best his prescriptions come in the day I run out of pills, and the longest it's taken to refill has been over a week after the last pill has been taken.
I really like Dr. Jagadeesh. At times she is guilty of trying to help more people than what time allows her comfortably and that may lead to a hurried feeling. Hey everyone has their days. She has always been helpful, thoughtful and accommodating. If she is unfamiliar with something she will look into it and not just feed you lines. I'm not sure I believe the negative posts submitted, as I have found Dr. Jagadeesh to be absolutely wonderful as a clinician. She has a contagious bedside manner and willingness to do research for the betterment of the patient. She helped get me to a diagnosis that numerous other doctors did not find. My stomach pain and anxiety have gone down dramatically. I will continue to fight this battle for the rest of my life, due to being diagnosed with a very rare disease. Terrible. Will not return calls. Answering service was a Housing Authority number! Has no concern for older patients. Staff verified he received my requests for a call back about my 94 year old mother. HIGHLY recommend you find a better cardiologist than him. He’s a disgrace to the profession.
Avoid at all costs. Never in my life has a Dr office actually add to my pain. Dr J rushes you, doesn't listen to you and will never call you back. Will only be able to leave messages with about 6 women working there. All of them state message marked urgent but still days go by with no call back. Referral took 3 weeks because they kept sending it to a practice that doesn't accept my insurance. Does not give specific lab results AFTER I called them...they never called me. She can be inattentive and impatient especially with an elderly person with several questions
I understand that offices are hectic, doctors are busy, and there is not enough time in the day to see everyone, but I have rarely dealt with an office as unprofessional and disrespectful as this disgrace to the medical field called a 'doctor's office.' Have been going to Dr Guarnaccia for 4 years now. He didnt shy away getting another MRI or more blood work for a correct diagnosis of MS. Had a Dr. at yale who didnt even want to look at my MRI results even though the radiologist put autoimmune disease. She told me I was too young.
