Dr Jagadeesh was my PCP for about four years, and the only reason I found a new doctor is because I moved across the country! She is genuinely a very kind and caring person, and always remembered me personally every time I came for a checkup. I never felt rushed when I saw her, and she even found the time out of her busy schedule on multiple occasions to squeeze me in for unscheduled appointments for different reasons. She’s rude, talks to people like they are nothing when in reality she’s a blank piece of paper. Don’t waste your time and energy with her, you won’t get anywhere.
She spoke to me in a very condescending manner regarding my weight, even though I am only mildly overweight. I left the office in tears. Will never go back there.
Dr Jagadeesh rushes through your visit, it is nothing more than checking a box. She doesn't listen at all. She told me my sore throat could be covid, could be nothing at all or could be something serious. She did not recommend a covid test and then told me I should check my throat myself and to call back if it still hurt in 10 days. I had to call twice to get the results of my blood work. The results were mailed to me a week later showing my cholesterol was high. No call, no follow up.
In the past, I would have given Dr. Jagadeesh a good review, but her bedside manner has gone downhill. At my last visit, she spoke to me in a very condescending manner which no doctor should do to a patient. I will be finding a new primary care physician.
I really like Dr. Jagadeesh. At times she is guilty of trying to help more people than what time allows her comfortably and that may lead to a hurried feeling. Hey everyone has their days. She has always been helpful, thoughtful and accommodating. If she is unfamiliar with something she will look into it and not just feed you lines. I'm not sure I believe the negative posts submitted, as I have found Dr. Jagadeesh to be absolutely wonderful as a clinician. She has a contagious bedside manner and willingness to do research for the betterment of the patient. She helped get me to a diagnosis that numerous other doctors did not find. My stomach pain and anxiety have gone down dramatically. I will continue to fight this battle for the rest of my life, due to being diagnosed with a very rare disease. Avoid at all costs. Never in my life has a Dr office actually add to my pain. Dr J rushes you, doesn't listen to you and will never call you back. Will only be able to leave messages with about 6 women working there. All of them state message marked urgent but still days go by with no call back. Referral took 3 weeks because they kept sending it to a practice that doesn't accept my insurance. Does not give specific lab results AFTER I called them...they never called me. She can be inattentive and impatient especially with an elderly person with several questions
