In my opinion you don't deserve a 1 rating. The quality of care and respect my family received yesterday was uncalled for and unprofessional. The online ability of scheduling an online appointment evidently is the wrong thing to do since my request were not taken into consideration when scheduling. Drove for 1 1/2 hours to find out the appointment was for a "cleaning" and NOT "fillings" as I requested via internet. Very disappointed in your staff also.

Mrs. Kennebeck, I am sorry for the missunderstanding that occured. I wish I would have been made aware of the missunderstanding so that I could have corrected the situation. Driving from that far we certainly would have made arrangements to see your daughter, but you left so abruptly you did not give me that chance. I will make the appropriate adjustments so that this type of misunderstanding does not happen again.
Dr. Thomas and his staff were wonderful with my son. They made the trip fun and kept him entertained while we were there. Not to mention that they were prompt.
We LOVE this place and all who work there! We have been going here for 5 yrs and always have such a nice experience! It must be a great place, because when I tell my 7 yr old we have to go to the dentist she cheers!!

They actually deserve more than 5 stars! They go out of their way to make sure the kids are comfortable. I do not know how Dr Thomas or his staff stay so calm and happy. They are truly a blessing.
