NOT VERY FAVORABLE. HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY AIR, MY HEAT, AND A CEILING LIGHT FIXTURE. ALL OF THESE ITEMS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OFF BEFORE I MOVED IN.
