Overall, I would say this is a good dental practice. However, as with other reviewers, I wasn't told my cleaning and x-rays were not covered by Delta Dental as I was checking out. They had for 8 years, so I find it very concerning long standing patients are not informed. The office staff offered no apology or recognition of reducing this amount or any solution to retain a loyal patient. Yoshi made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She answered every question I had, explained everything clearly, and turned what I expected to be a stressful visit into an easy one. Shoal Creek Dental is THE best! Dr. Grimm does amazing work whether it be a crown, filling, or necessary recommendation. She's one of a kind!! Her attention to detail gives our family so much ease. Even my two teens love her! Thank you Shoal Creek Dental Team for keeping us healthy :)
