After reading about Boris Shmukler’s training and background I had him handle several repairs for me - and the big job, resetting/restoring my engagement ring - a center diamond flanked by a trillion sapphire on each side. After 27 years of wear, the sapphires need to be re faceted. He sent the sapphires to LA who someone he’d worked with for years.
