Telehealth visit. I had a Telehealth appointment with Dr Madison Chapman today, I waited for 30min until for him to connected until I called the office to find out why he wasn’t connecting to the app, i found out that he went to surgery but no one told me that he wasn’t be able to take of me, instead they told me that i never connected that why he didn’t see me. Unpleasant experience with scheduling department. Referrals are reviewed by nurses apparently who determine if patient needs to be seen by physician or nurse practitioner. My preference was to be seen by physician without a timeline limitation, at any point, routine appointment. They were not able to accommodate, I was offered either to be seen by NP or to go to different office. Disappointing, I was literally pushed to go to Trinity. The worst experience in my life and will never recommend this place if you are pregnant first ever ob visit, I waited in the dr office room for over 50min with no check in I went to the bathroom to see that my urine sample was still sitting in the restroom made me very upset.
The tele nurses are rude and had an attitude. This is my third pregnancy so not my first rodeo. I will not be going to Corewell to give birth due to the lack of compassion regarding my concerns
0 stars. No one answers messages or phones. Only nurses have been answering. I have a blood clot disorder and no one is treating this as urgent. DO NOT go here. Horrible at communication.
