He bedside manner leaves much to be desired. She knows what's she talking about it but seems very bored to share it. She definitely acts like her time is more important than yours. I would look for someone else to treat me if I had to do it all over again. Also, as a new patient I had to wait 3 months to get an appointment!!

First visit to the office, was a 3.5 hour wait. One of the staff members was so incredibly rude, I was disgusted. I had lab work done from my first visit in December. I called several times for the results as I was instructed to do. I was told the Doctor will give me a call, she is the only one that can discuss my abnormal results. A month later, I called to see what was going on and apparently they had so much going on, it slipped her mind to call. I've never been so mistreated as a patient

dr.Isgaq is not the problem, is her staff, they don't call when the dr is not going to be there, even thought they provide you with a paper with your next appointment they still argue with you about your appointment not being on that day, they are not friendly or helpful until you loose your temper, no customer service skills what so ever

I'm a diabetic patient and Dr. Shmaila is helping me to control it. She is the best.

She was pleasant, informative, direct. Put 20 year old patient at ease. Took time to answer all questions. We had many. Followed through right away to collaborate with other professionals on case. Have no qualms about recommending her. Well worth the relatively short wait.
