SHL has been managing my apartment buildings (90) since 2011. His expertise and knowledge of handling tenant issues, repairs and accounting are outstanding. I highly recommend using this firm for your property management needs.
I attempted to rent from this property after viewing an apartment and submitting a completed application. I was informed that I would be contacted regarding the status of my application; however, no follow-up ever occurred. Over the course of nearly a month, I called more than four times. Total scam. Nobody works at the office, secretaries are third party and can't reach them. Loren doesn't respond, the maintenance staff enter your home with their own keys without knocking even while you're home. The will also use a Camera from the 1950s with grainy film to make apartments look dirty and scam tenants for security deposits. Don't hire them and don't rent from them.
Loren did a great job managing 4 apartment buildings over about 15 years for my family. His office secretary was wonderful and very efficient handling issues and tenants. I would definitely recommend SHL Management Company.
