Loren did a great job managing 4 apartment buildings over about 15 years for my family. His office secretary was wonderful and very efficient handling issues and tenants. I would definitely recommend SHL Management Company.
Attaching a screenshot of what your agent sent me. This was the most wild and unprofessional experience I have ever had when applying for an apartment tour. Is this really how you talk to people? Cancelled my tour of a unit a few hours before the showing and said they rented it to someone else. I had made plans around my day for this specific unit and scheduled a touring at their requested time slot, 4 days in advance. Really frustrating when property management companies treat potential clients like this.
Great Boutique management company, Loren is always available great at leasing long term tenants and consciences with landlords’ expenses. Very happy with his interaction with the tenants.
SHL has been a great management company for quite a while. As a tenant it means a lot when management is responsive and empathetic to their tenant's needs.
