Great flavors! I have never tried a vegan Japanese restaurant before and since having heard great things from friends about this place, why not give it a try? I am more than pleasantly surprised by how much flavor they were able to pack into their dishes! We shared an eggplant and mushroom appetizers which were divine and Proud Peacock roll and salt ramen. I can't stop raving about the dinner I just had. Probably one of the best vegan meals I have ever had, and I eat around a lot. Everything was spectacular: perfectly crisp gyoza, the "crab" stuffed mushrooms, spicy garlic ramen (which was loaded with all kinds of delicious ramen goodies!), the California roll--but my absolute favorites were the specialty rolls.
