John was great. He was able to come out and fix the issue that same day and was very prompt. He showed up when he said he did, was honest and very helpful. He did great work. I would highly recommend John!
BEWARE!! He came by on Tuesday to give us an estimate, we scheduled with him for Thursday. After talking to our gas company they told us it seemed high so we got a second opinion same day. Wednesday morning we called to cancel and he was incredibly rude. Thursday came and he still showed up and said we needed to pay for parts and sent us a receipt from Home Depot for $186 ( he charged $1000) , we told him we had cancelled and he came to our door and started screaming and cussing at my mom she backed away scared and closed th... read more
