Shiver Air of Brandon gets an A++rating for great customer service from the owner to the office staff. Responsive, courteous, and professional. They get the job done and done right which is a welcome relief from previous AC companies we've dealt with. If you want good service, hire Shiver Air of Brandon! You'll be in good hands.
Compressor was not initiating. Tech came out. The capacitor was bad. Instead of using the correct capacitor, he wired two together and bent brackets, used electric tape to force it into the unit. Condenser still didn’t initiate. He removes the fan motor and says 1 wire burnt off which is the problem. Instead of replacing the wire he chooses to force all of the other wires connected to the compressor breaking the terminal post (with an expletive).
