I contacted the dealership about a used Suburban they listed for sale. It had no pictures or price. I was told it was a trade and needed to go thru the shop before being priced. Before a price I wanted pictures. A few hours later, I was told the vehicle was no longer available. After questioning why, I was told it was going to be wholesaled and not offered for sale... I recommend them.....for now. Bought a Pre-owned vehicle, within the first week, found 2 small cosmetic problems. I know these issues should have been dealt with before purchase, but we did not see them. Not under warranty ,is what I was told , good customer service would, IMHO would be to take care of them...…. but I'm on my own THANKS?
went in to get a diagnostic on my on my Chrysler van drove it for about 5 minutes and now the car will not start worst place to ever go
Purchased a 2015 Ram 2500 through them a year ago. Have had horrible experiences with their service. I took it in for an issue while under warranty that wasn’t fixed and now that it is out of warranty I am handling it out of pocket because of their horrible service efforts. I also would have them rotate my tires when I had the oil changed from the free changes I got buying a vehicle there. EVERY TIME I HAD TO TAKE MY TRUCK BACK BECAUSE THEY DIDNT CHANGE THE TIRE PRESSURES. All in all they weren’t bad to deal with through the... read more
Misti was amazing! Came in on her day off for my convenience. Got me exactly what I wanted and at a great price. She even helped me sync my phone up to the car and walked me through details about my jeep wrangler. First time buying here but this is the tenth vehicle I've ever owned and this was by far the best buying experience I've had.

Was told they'd honor my offer till the end of the day to make a desicion, called back 2 hours later with my decision to buy just to be told they'd call back and 4 hours later told me the vehicle I had test drove and applied for the day before was sold without even giving me a chance. Highly disappointed.
