We had our brake pads and rotors replaced here in September on our Chrysler Pacifica. The brakes squealed immediately after the install, and the noise has steadily gotten worse. At this point, it is extremely loud and happens at every stop. When we called to have the brakes checked, we were told we would need to pay $80 just for them to inspect their own work. Shively Motors is a unique experience. I was car shopping due to a recent accident, and with the holidays I definitely did not have perfect credit.
