Horrible customer service. Once they have your money , any chance of getting help on any and all issues are Gone!! Value your dollars. Dont buy here. The lady in the service dept , shld get a new job. And loose the attitude
I had a wonderful experience with Taffy and this dealership picking out my new car. The Managers and also the financing were great too.This was a very unplanned purchase for me and they were very helpful and patient with me. I 100 % recommend them for your next purchase or car service.
The whole team is very unprofessional beginning with the manager, no sense of urgency when it comes to customer needs the customer service experience is lacking beyond measures rehire the whole staff
I’ve given Shively’s Motors more than a fair chance, but after repeated issues on multiple vehicles I can confidently say I won’t be back. They’ve now messed up three of my vehicles. My most recent (and last) visit was simply for an alignment, and somehow they managed to make things worse. My car, which only has 8,000 miles on it, now drives like it’s on cruise steering.
