Just got a new car from Shively’s! Had a great experience! They had a lot of cars to choose from, great prices and in shape cars! Taffy really helped me out and helped me get what I wanted!! Great guy, great dealership! Would recommend to everyone!!

Very poor experience. Scheduled an appointment at Shively Motors for my Fiat due to check engine light being on. Of course provided the scheduler my car make and model and the issue it was having and they booked appointment. Specifically asked if they work on Fiats during appointment booking. Took the day off to take car my into Shively Motors and when I got there they informed me that 'they do not have tools to work on Fiat cars'. Seriously!?!? Bait and switch, Buyer BEWARE!! I saw an ad online for a 2026 Ram 3500. I called in and inquired and was told the truck was available for the advertised price. I put a deposit on the truck over the phone as it was in transit. 2 days later, I’m told the truck was actually ordered for another customer but I could order one at the same price.
