After weeks of trying to deal with Carrier and Liberty Home Guard (both horrible!) Shive Co was so diligent and kind ( my sincere thanks to Richard and William!) it took a while, but finally replaced our Carrier unit with Amana! So happy! Thank you Shive Co.!!!
David and his team are top notch. I have used ShiveCo several times over the years. They are always quick to respond, honest about what actually needs to be done, and budget friendly.

I cannot say enough good things about Richard and his crew. They were very professional and polite. We can’t thank Shive Co. Enough for their fast response and instillation of our new a/c system. In the height of Louisiana heat they came on a Friday and installed our new system on SATURDAY! This was really amazing as we had been waiting on our previous service company for almost 2 weeks to get things done. We are now Shive Co customers from here on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
