Dr. Shiva is a great dentist in the city of Ann Arbor. If you were afraid of going to a dentist, don't worry any more. She is very caring and considerate of your well being. I have been a patient for for more than 5 years and totally greatfull for the service I have received in all these years.

Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No Does this provider remember you by name? Always Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Definitely not, I almost choked Did this provider give the impression that they cared about your concerns? No Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Absolutely! They wouldn't leave me alone! Was this dentist's staff friendly? No, they were rude
