This physician at Seton Williamson took 14 days to sign my husband's death certificate and will not give me a reason why it took so long. There were no extenuating circumstances to my husband's passing to have delayed signing the death certificate. This cause my family and I physiologic stress and anguish imagining my husband's body onhold for that long. Cremation cannot take place without a signed death certificate from the hospital doctor.
