I brought 3 pairs of pants in to have the waist taken in (alterations) on a Saturday (5-6 day turn around). I think the pricing was a little expense in comparison to other tailors in the area. The quality of work was good and initial customer service interaction was pleasant. However, there was a slight lack of clear communication upon trying to schedule a pick up window when the order was complete.
