I used to love shirls, I even worked there for years. After moving away, and being back in the area, I had to get a shake. I also tried the cheddar cheese balls. Shake was great as usual, cheese balls were terrible!! Shi many good brands out there and the one they choose was a gooey gross mess. Should have got the mozz sticks. Brings me to the restaurant itself, it was dirty, looks like it hadn't had a good cleaning in years, definitely needs a facelift. I don't think there is anything new since I worked there in 1998.
Zion Shirls is 100 times better than the Waukegan Shirls I live closer to Waukegan but prefer Zion Shirls. Keep up the good job
