Disappointed. ..came to visit from Houston and couldn't wait to get to shirl's. We had to wait forever for service then there was a hair in our fries and in our gyro. Made me sad
Love your marshmallow milkshakes! I've tried to make them but never turn out as delicious as yours do.
I've been to this shirls multiple times frowning up and plenty since Emma Henry has been working there. She is nothing but polite and the food their is awesome. This shirls has been a staple of the Zion community for years. Even though the people working their aren't perfect doesn't mean that the business is bad. Those that work there are just as human as everyone of their customers
I stop here at least twice a week before my drive home to Indiana from work. I would not take an additional 20 minutes out of my way from an already long drive, if the service was bad. I love the fast service, food and energy given from the staff. I couldnt believe the reviews, it seems like there was a personal issue with the Note lady and a worker. It is real sad that they use the reviews as a way to get back at someone they disliked elsewhere.
Whenever I go there it's always Emma working and she's most of the reason I come back. She's so nice and polite & always makes my day�
The Polish Blast is phenomenal! Get it with a side of fries
Please do not shop there. I had the worst customer service experience at this location. I did not like a polar blast and they refused to remake it. Spend your money somewhere the employees actually take pride in their service.
