Very pleasant, very professional, very knowledgable and experienced. Dr. Koon is a great listener, and has a very comprehensive answer and/or solution to every concern that I ever proposed when at my appointments with her. Being a man, I had always seen and preferred male doctors in the past, but Dr. Koon's professionalism put me at ease, and erased that common barrier.
