Dr. Chai is very professional and thorough! Her team was very nice & upbeat! Highly recommend this practice.
Highly recommend Dr. Chai. Excellent bedside manners and very thorough. She addressed every concern and questions I had.
Does not listen to patient or satisfactorily address issues. Dr. Chai spends 75% of the appointment time typing on computer rather than actively listening to patient. Billing department continues to code in-office lab work location incorrectly causing insurance to reject lab work claims.
Dr Chai doesn’t have any bed side manners what so ever!! Looking for a new Doctor
I’ve never had a doctor so detailed and thorough. I feel well taken care of by both Dr. Chai and her assistants.
