Does not listen to patient or satisfactorily address issues. Dr. Chai spends 75% of the appointment time typing on computer rather than actively listening to patient. Billing department continues to code in-office lab work location incorrectly causing insurance to reject lab work claims.
Dr Chai doesn’t have any bed side manners what so ever!! Looking for a new Doctor
I’ve never had a doctor so detailed and thorough. I feel well taken care of by both Dr. Chai and her assistants.
I had been running a temperature over 100* for 6 days and had a horrendous cough. My only symptoms. I somehow miraculously got in with Dr Chai on a Friday afternoon. She diagnosed it as an ear infection and upper respitory infection. She prescribed steroids on top of the amoxillian that I was already on and these stupid little yellow pills for the cough. No one is answering phone. Ever. I leave voice messages multiple times and still can't get a call back. The worst. I will be looking into changing a doctor who is more attentive. Literally what Amy said.
