I became so very very ill I could not make the drive to prescott valley so I went to urgent care which was down the street from my house. When I called rheinfelders office and explained my plight asking for a note for work- (as urgent care usually does not do that paperwork they have you ask your primary for it). So when I spoke to Kelly at rheinfelders this was her quote-- when you go to the grocery store you don't expect free groceries do you? Well then time for a new doctor, one who cares!!
