Always makes sure I understand my issues and addresses them. She’s incredibly kind and understanding. I view her as a friend as well as my doctor.
Always helpful, very caring, compassionate , staff is great also!
Dr. Shirley takes her time with my husband and me, listens, and her staff is always accommodating. I appreciate an "old timey" doctor who isn't just trying to get me in and out the office. Her staff takes the extra steps, as well, and I always have my phone calls returned.
Staff is condescending and rude. Referrals never sent. No follow through. Doesn’t even read reports from other providers. Misdiagnosed me with anxiety.
Dr. Rheinfelder made going to the doctor emotionally painless. She is the most compassionate doctor I have experienced in my adult life. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
Listens so well. Take time with her patients.
My daughter went to see her nurse practioner for a headache she has had for 3 plus weeks. She ordered an MRI my daughter lost the order form and her office refused to give her another slip or fax another order over to PMI so she could get this test done. They even refused us to talk to the the office manager. Said they couldn't do another order because her specific Dr was out of the office today. They don't care about their patients well being. And I would know I've been a MA for years.
Dr. Rheinfelder has extensive turn over of her employees but retains only one medical assistant that is totally incompetent and totally lacks any common sense. In addition this incompetent medical assistant does not report or record vital patient information. Even though my BP was 200/124, I was denied an appoint. and not even referred to the ER.
Did not listen to all concerns, ordered blood work without me about the $359 fee, never called back- had a nurse tell me I was ok.
