I had a shattered kneecap from an accident and ended with a stiff leg. Two respected surgeons said there was nothing they could do. Then I was recommended Dr. Paul Shirley. He walked in, checked out the knee and said "Let's get X-rays and I'll tell you what I can do" He thought he might be able to get 120 degree bend and to go away and think about it. I scheduled right there and then. Lots of hard work and therapy but today I have 130 degrees. The man's a genius and has my eternal gratitude!
Dr. Shirley served as my mom's workers compensation doctor for more than 3 years & he is the MOST PERSONABLE doctor I've ever met! He was friendly and super competent. He addressed all of my mother's concerns & answered all of her questions without making her feel foolish. When he recommended knee replacement surgery we asked for the best & we got the best with Dr. Max Lincoln. I'll forever be grateful with how Dr. Shirley handled my mom. Apparently he's recognized nationally. Now I know why!
Very thorough in diagnosis and remedy options. Pleasant throughout and took the time to make sure I was completely clear regarding situation.
My experience was wonderful he is a great man! He prayed with me before surgery and told me I should have a speedy recovery. He is amazing and I would recommend anyone to him!
I was told I needed knee surgery, but Dr. Shirley fixed it with injections.
