Very pleasant, concise and yet still detail oriented. The entire process was extremely pleasant and informative
Shirley was very thorough with her questions, listened to me patiently and provided me all the required information.
Very difficult.
I was disappointed. The meds she prescribed I have still not received. The muscle relaxant needed insurance approval which I guess was never given. I explained that there was no children's liquid ibuprofen available, yet that is what was prescribed and the pharmacy said it was not available. I know l am a difficult patient due to drug allergies, but this was not helpful.
