Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I wasn't impressed with the staff at all. I called during office hours four times before someone answered the phone. Once I did finally reach someone she did everything she could to avoid helping me. After all of the hassle I decided to cancel my appointment and choose another primary dentist. When I called to cancel my appointment- big surprise! No one answered the phone. They may all be lovely in person, but I will never know.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
