Horrible experience. A spring got lodged into my daughter’s cheek. No one apologized. She left with severe pain. Update: The office did call to check on her and we received an apology which was appreciated. We do Not want this to happen again, and we hope Shirck will do better from here on out for our child. I will update my review again, as necessary. We had previously had an okay experience.

My daughter has had her braces on since August 2024 and my oldest had braces through Shirck many years ago and we have always had a wonderful experience. I love the time and patients they have for daughter as she does get nervous/scared sometimes. They also have a wonderful payment plan option as well if needed.
