No matter the location or the day of the week, the place is spotless, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and everyone is sporting a fantastic smile. Every staff member is always busy doing something, but when a patient needs attention or has a question, it’s like they’re the only thing - the only person - that matters at that moment. Dr. Shirck and his staff always have smiles on their faces. They're professional, efficient, and very helpful. I love the fact that the office has several locations so they can accommodate more patients. I go to the New Albany office and enjoy the pleasant environment. RecommendedShirk Orthodontics is a great place to take care of your smile! Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and helpful. There are super short wait times, if any. The doctors and staff take their time with each patient making sure they are comfortable and that they understand what is happening in the procedure. They take time for any questions. Shirk Orthodontics is also very generous and supportive to the communities it serves. Both of my children had a very good experience at this office.
My family goes to the Westerville office on County Line Rd, and we love Shirck Orthodontics. Every staff member is well trained, professional, kind and “on point”.
