Contacted Shipways plumbers as taps on shower were leaking. I contacted late afternoon and after conversation David without hesitation informed me he would attend so that the house hold could use shower. He fixed the issue very quickly. No mess, all cleaned up. He at all times was polite with his manner towards us. The following morning I found we had no hot water, on examination I could see that the gas hot water system outside was leaking and appeared as though it had been most of the night. I highly recommend Shipways! Great service every time. From hot water tanks to taps and toilets, I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Dave is knowledgeable and friendly. He was very patient with my mum, it clear he’s know a family favourite too!
Had Shipways come out to inspect my hot water system, David quickly identified the issue and explained my options. I agreed to a new hot water system to be installed. David proceed to work quickly and effectively on the new installation and gave me a run down of future care and what to look out for. I recommend Shipways to all and they will continue to be my go to company for needs as i have used their services in the past and can confirm their attention to detail and honesty remains consistant.
