RecommendedShipstation has excellent customer service. They are always available on chat and can even use Team Viewer to have access to your PC so they can walk you thru fixes. I always have very nice and competent associates helping me.
I started using this service earlier this year, and I have been pleased with it so far. Orders are easy to manage, and I have yet to make my way through all the reporting options.

I have to give ship station 5 stars! I have an e-commerce store via squarespace and the integration is seamless. I have had no issues so far. It's very efficient and has helped to improve my business. I have been contacted by similar companies trying to get e to switch but I'm pretty comfortable and happy with Shipsation.
