Had them do a bed delete on our RAM 5500. First of all they wired the main fuel pump wrong so it didn't work. Spent money on a new fuel pump which wasn't needed because of the faulty wiring. Second they wired the trailer brake wrong so it didn't work as well. Thirdly, they installed the auxiliary tank fuel pump incorrectly. It was pumping gas from the main tank to the auxiliary tanks. Poor welds. Wiring connections are taped. Every repair that should have been under warranty cost us full price. Shouldn't have to pay them to fix their poor work. 2 winches. Frame broke in several places where they welded-several times. Not covered. High school arc/stick welding students can do better work. Bed is less than 5 years old.
Customers trailer, very sturdy design. Have done some repairs but to be expected with any hard working piece of equipment.
They lie, incompetent, and will cost you everything if they can! Run!
Great group of people who won't steer you wrong and knows what they are doing very friendly and very professional you won't be sorry
My business partner ordered 2 trailers and both trailers were not built as ordered. I have to remove the bed from my truck and replace it with a flat bed. My partner has had to spend 1000's to make his trailer compatible. I spoke to mark at Shipshe Trailers and he had lots of excuses but none credible. He didn't even offer to correct the trailers even though I had him pull up the email he was sent explicitly explaining what trucks were going to be pulling the trailers.
