Shiprock is the prototypical slumlord management company. They are understaffed with low-paid workers who don't really respond to maintenance issues adequately and they charge all sorts of hidden arbitrary fees. The problems we've had are too numerous to mention. Avoid this company at all costs. There should be policies in place to prevent exploitative companies like this from operating.
While I was attending College at St. Cloud state I was working with Amy to find a place that was closer to my school. She was very helpful and took all of my concerns into consideration.
