Easy to use shipping portal with absolutely terrible customer service. The free account is worth checking out but I can't recommend the paid account based on the complete lack of customer service. Not being able to ship two packages in one shipment is also kind of annoying. We've submitted at least three help requests with only one completely irrelevant response.

We tested through a number of shipping platforms and the best way I can put it is that Shippo is the best of the worst. Response times from customer service are wildly inconsistent - range from same day to 4 days. Overall reliability of the platform is ok, but if you do run into an issue, like say one of your carrier rates isn't working properly, just make peace that Shippo is not going to fix anything. They'll blame it on the carrier, then tell you it's fixed, and it still won't work. You'll follow up, then look at your cal... read more

I don’t recommend this company at all! I had a shipment surcharge dispute with UPS that is their mistake and the Shippo customer service did not helped me! Don’t use Shippo if you want to save money and time!! There’re a lot competitors that works a lot better as PirateShip, BikeFlights….
