Similar to other complaints, I had something shipped through them and it has vanished since it got to my home town. Been "delayed" for 7 days now. Pretty shameful.

My daughter paid for a package to be shipped to her, however this company has been hacked and the package which was picked up by ups just vanished because the label was fraudulent. The company refuses to refund her the cost of the item. DO NOT use this company. They have been hacked if your package has any value at all it will be stolen.
We tested through a number of shipping platforms and the best way I can put it is that Shippo is the best of the worst. Response times from customer service are wildly inconsistent - range from same day to 4 days. Overall reliability of the platform is ok, but if you do run into an issue, like say one of your carrier rates isn't working properly, just make peace that Shippo is not going to fix anything.
