I am absolutely appalled by the level of negligence and lack of accountability at Shippo. After UPS lost my package, Shippo as the intermediary confirmed that I am legally entitled to a full refund and compensation. However, the process since then has been a total nightmare. Instead of a simple digital transfer, they claimed to have sent a physical check to the wrong address. Now, they are flat-out refusing to cancel that check and reissue it to the correct address. Similar to other complaints, I had something shipped through them and it has vanished since it got to my home town. Been "delayed" for 7 days now. Pretty shameful.

My daughter paid for a package to be shipped to her, however this company has been hacked and the package which was picked up by ups just vanished because the label was fraudulent. The company refuses to refund her the cost of the item. DO NOT use this company. They have been hacked if your package has any value at all it will be stolen.
