I like this store but really bad customer service!!!!They r so rude talking and screaming Spanish!!!!!I
Came here to see if they could replace a coffee that another store made that was spoiled and they refused. Saying you can't replace a coffee because you have different owners and you're forgetting you're the same brand. Shipleys is on its way out.
They give the canned response telling you to reach out then they dont do anything. Used to love shipleys but I have stopped going because I dont appreciate a buisiness trying to look like they care then ignoring the people they tell they will make it rights. THEIR EMPLOYEES DONT WASH THEIR HANDS
