I love Shipley Do-nuts! This location is my favorite! The employees here are always pleasant and friendly!
I haven’t lived in Alexandria in over 17 yrs but when I go back to visit family I always go to Shipley’s. The do-nuts are always fresh , the coffee is better than Starbucks and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. 10/10
They changed the recipe of the filling of the chocolate filled donuts. Wonder what else they changed.
Food is always good but the two women working the inside register were so rude. One got mad bc she heard the wrong thing and had to change it. I guess if you don’t like your job you should find a new one! No need for the rudeness when you deal with people everyday!
