My friend and I recently went here and were told if we wanted to buy multiple donuts, we would need to call and pre-order. We tried to buy 8 donuts. We go here regularly and have never been told this. Who has to pre-order a couple donuts at a donut shop? Once we left, we realized they got her entire order wrong too. The lady my friend talked to was very condescending.We will not go here anymore.
